During the game season it's all hands on deck at Butcher's Store, because the game pâtés in the counter are all handmade. Pâté is a rewarding product for the end of the year. It lends itself particularly well to all kinds of luxurious dishes. And it's not only delicious on toast. Also combined with lettuce, nuts or a sweet confit, pâté is a success.
This traditional game pâté is made with wild boar shoulder meat, pork livers, homemade game broth and sweet and sour cranberries.
Pâté of roebuck shoulder meat, pork livers and our homemade game broth. Richly filled with crunchy hazelnuts.
Pheasant haunch and chicken livers form the base for this delicious traditional pâté. The game broth is made with Pineau de Charentes and pistachio nuts that add a crunchy touch.
Mallard meat, pork livers and Pineau de Charentes. This pie is finished with porcini mushrooms and candied oranges.
This rich, artisanal game pâté is made from duck mousse and wild boar pâté, stuffed with layers of foie gras, originating from Hungary.
In this pâté you can taste the fine hare shoulder meat, pork livers, a homemade game broth and a good dash of cognac.
