Young spirit, classic vibes

It used to be possible. To dine generously and be served more than what ever runs out. The Chefs of repasse are too young to remember this. They only heard talk of it: "If the waiter saw your plate was almost empty, they would ask if they could refill it!" To them, it sounded like a lost legend.... That inspired their concept: Repasse. Here they serve main dishes "en repasse": bavette, perfectly fried sole or succulent chicken on the spit.... And is there an R on the menu next to the dish? Then you can expect an extra portion!
