During the holidays people like to go all out. That's why The Butcher's Son, together with 8 other gastronomic partners, launched a takeaway box for the holidays. The content? A beautiful 7-course menu.
Composed by The Butcher's Son and the culinary heroes of Les Années Folles, L'épicerie du Cirque, Kommilfoo, Enfant Terrible, Cheese refiners Van Tricht, Jitsk Chocolates, Tinèlle and Toon de Klerck. Each restaurant provides one course. The Butcher's Son serves slow-cooked Duroc belly bacon with smoked eel and snow peas.
Not a superhero in the kitchen or don't you feel like coming up with a high quality dinner party menu yourself? Then this is for you! Just pick up the box full of goodies and enjoy delicious food and drinks at home in a relaxed atmosphere. The different courses are already largely prepared. All you need to do is warm up or bake some parts of the menu, but you'll get an extensive manual for that.
